Dispute resolution

File A Complaint

If you have an unresolved dispute with a licensed operator, you may escalate your claim to Georgia iGaming. We review all submissions impartially and issue binding final decisions.

Complaint Handling Process (CHP)

How the process works

01

Validation Process

Georgia iGaming determines if the submitted complaint qualifies for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). The complaint must include the player’s full name, a valid email address, and a clear explanation of the issue. Both parties must agree to resolve via ADR rather than litigation.

02

Complaint Management

Once validated, the Operator has ten (10) calendar days to demonstrate active efforts to resolve the dispute. Georgia iGaming monitors the situation throughout to ensure compliance with the process.

03

Requests for Additional Information

Georgia iGaming may request further information or evidence from both parties. All communications must include both parties unless confidentiality is required.

04

Final Determination

After reviewing all submitted information, Georgia iGaming issues a final, binding decision. Both parties agree that this decision is final, waiving the right to pursue legal action against each other.
